  • Shipping Origin: We ship all orders from our Hyderabad Warehouse, ensuring that your products are carefully managed and dispatched swiftly.
  • Free Express Shipping: We offer free express shipping across India. 

Delivery Times

  • For Major Cities, orders typically arrive within 3-4 working days.
  • For the rest of India, delivery may take 5-7 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Hours

  • Delivery Window: Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
  • Deliveries will typically require a signature upon receipt.
  • If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure a family member, colleague, or neighbor is available to receive and sign for the package

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 24 to 48hours to process. Once processed, your order will be dispatched for delivery.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation and once the order is packed, you will receive an email and WhatsApp with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or WhatsApp tracking or by contacting our customer support team for updates.
  • Signature or OTP Requirement: All Rumas Fragrances orders will require a signature or OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the recipient's registered mobile number to further authenticate the delivery. This ensures that your package has been securely received either by you or an authorized person. If you are unavailable, please ensure that an authorized person can sign for the delivery and enter the OTP on your behalf. 

Handling Missing or Damaged Orders

  • Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery with unboxing clear photographs or video proof of the damaged goods. We will assist you in processing a refund, replacement, or exchange based on the situation.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your package, please notify us immediately. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery with clear photographs or video proof of the missing goods.

Courier Limitations and Delivery Delays

  • Third-Party Couriers: We use reliable courier partners for all deliveries. However, external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, local issues or force majeure reasons may cause delivery delays. Rumas Fragrances is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
  • Tracking Issues: In some rare instances, tracking information may be temporarily unavailable. Please feel free to contact our support team if you encounter any delivery-related issues. 

Special Shipping Condition

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address at the time of ordering. Rumas Fragrances is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of placing the order.

Returns and Exchanges for Shipping Issues

  • Product Damaged During Shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service with your order details and photos/videos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. A refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed after a full review.
  • Incorrect Items Sent: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
  • Unopened Items: In cases where a product is not damaged but you simply wish to return it, our Return Policy will apply
